Happy Halloween everyone!!!! =)

hi everyone and thanks for stopping by here again....I'm running late on doing my post of course here...I got to looking and shopping for Christmas on here and different artwork etc. I can make for my friends and I completely loose all track of time whenever I get to looking at anything like that.....hope everybody is having a good week so far and everything is going well for you all....I guess everyone now is slowly starting to get ready for the holidays if they haven't already.....We have Halloween end of this week, and then everything turns towards focusing on Thanksgiving the entire month of November....It all goes pretty fast since they are all back to back and just a few weeks apart from each other...hmm things have slowed down here a lot from summer and so not everything is quite as fast-paced as it was which is perfectly fine with me of course...It's cooled down here tremendously but I still expect to see others at the beach here on Christmas Day.....I finally got my pictures on here from all the places we went around to last month and part of this month....There are so many it is definately going to take awhile to get through them all and get most of them posted up on here....This was the Pineapple Park up north in Nago City here...the entire brochure that I got is in congi....(Japanese) so I just have to go by from what I remember and post the website etc....It was nice to go through to see how different Pineapples were grown here etc...you just rode through on one of the cars that went automatically and it had recorded english message and told what we were looking at whenever we got to that part....It was fairly small compared to some of the other places here, but still fun to go through and see all this of course...I posted some pics of when I was there but I keep forgetting that the last ones always end up at the top and the first ones end up being last on here....I will try and remember to get it right next time.....Here is the website to this if any of you want to read more about this place here and what it's like....www.nagopain.com It's mostly something just to go to just for something to do and say that you have been there....Just somewhere to take a daytrip to but nothing to really get excited about too much....I didn't even know places like that existed, but I guess they think up anything here to keep others entertained with living here....I also found this video to watch that shows more of it around there and what it looks like on the inside etc...this is the only one that I could find and the entire thing is in Japanese........The Pineapple Park is more towards the end if you don't want to watch the whole thing which also includes the Aquarium and another place I haven't heard of or been to yet while I've been here.......hope you all have a good week and enjoy everything you all do....can't wait to talk to you all again on here!! take care!!!!

hi again everyone...that one that I just did earlier the date is completely wrong on that since over here is Monday....can't stand that it messes it up like that...anyways...this is going to be a laugh I"m sure for most.....I didn't get any pics of my own whatsever of Okuma...none nothing...I didn't realize that until they all got put on here and got to view everything....I was so tired and pretty much gave up any picture taking about then and left it to everyone else I wasn't paying attention what got on there and what didn't....I'll just have to post their website on here and get all I can the next time I go up there whenever that will be...those other links that I posted on here one of them has more than one slide show that shows things around here and how this island looks from an aerial view....(guess that whoever it was took that from a small airplane or helicopter here that gives people rides...) also there are few more so hope that you all enjoy seeing what it is like here....I'll post a few pics on here that I got but not all of them turned out like I had hoped or I just plain don't like them.....I will try and do better next time I go there or anywhere else so it's not such a disappointment when I go to look up the pics that were taken there...that one with the ferris wheel is just about 20 min from here in American Village they call it here....that is about 3 levels of shops and some restaurants mixed in, there is Japanese arcade and you have to go through there to get tickets for the ferris wheel...it only goes around once, but is much nicer at night cause you can see the entire city all around and everything is lit up...I've been on that several times already and never get tired of it....I guess because it's the one and only ride that we have here on this entire island....The others are ones I caught of sharks in the Aquarium here and other tropical fish in they had...there was more than one and the next one seemed bigger than the one before that.....It is so nice to see, and very hypnotizing I think since it's the 2nd largest Aquarium in the world....I have been to that about 3-4 times so far and haven't grown tired of that either....just a lot of walking and crowds pushing and shoving their way through....the last one is the outside of the Aquarium over looking the beach that is there....that is before you get down to the main buildings where everything is and go through it all....I will add more and more in the next few weeks just wanted to start with these so hope you all enjoy....=)

hey again everyone hope you are are doing great...maybe this time it will work for me here...I'm so sooo sorry this has been so confusing and messed up during the past several weeks...I had family here visiting and things were so crazy and chaotic I hardly had anytime to do anytime...I was gone from morning until night and then the same thing the next day...and that was for 3 weeks...I had to get everything back to normal including myself once all that ended..I've been trying to do this webpage for about the past 5 days on here but my internet has been down and has not been wanting to cooperate with me at all....I couldn't pull up any websites or anything, so finally it's deciding to work again....at least for now...this is the 3rd time today I have tried working on this, so I hope it doesn't knock me off all over again and I have to start over...If that happens..I'll just leave a note on here instead of a full entry and go to cyber cafe tomorrow and do it there...I don't think I could handle trying to do this a 4th time....toooooo aggravating.....So.. hope everyone is doing well and had a good weekend...guess it's starting to get somewhat cold in other parts of the world unlike here...back home it was 40 something degrees while here it's in the high 80's still and doesn't even look anything close to fall....I really miss having all 4 seasons being at this place...I had a really nice time when we all went to Okuma resort here a couple weeks back....everything went sooooo fast and is such a blur now, I guess that I will start from the end and go back to what I did from the end of last month.....http://www.time2pcs.com/2%20-%20Outdoor%20Recreation/Okuma%20Beach%20Slideshow.htm that is a slide show that shows the resort we were at for a week...the one that blocked my chat sessions and I about went out of my mind....it was nice to go to but I am soooo sooo soooo beyond ecstatic to be back in the city limits here where I belong...that place was out in the middle of nowhere, and once you went out the gates, there was nothing but dirt roads there and people who actually lived there herding sheep back and forth....not for me.....so it was pretty much deserted and that was the only thing up there, but if you weren't staying there then forget it cause there was nothing....I have no idea what to do in a place like that.....it was really nice there except for the humidity and rain on and off everyday we were there...I enjoyed jet skiing for awhile and also got to go on a glass-bottom boat...not too impressive as they made it out to be...mostly all jagged rocks down below and very very small fish so not exactly what I was expecting....here is short video of what other parts of it looked like there...http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=IvHYRHswzEI Everything was very nice...but now it's back to reality and putting up with neighbors and their huge dogs or standing in front of the stairway here talking about nothing really....you know the kind...the ones that burn you up where you want to set off the automated sprinkler system on them from inside whenever they aren't looking.....too bad that we don't have that here....we seem to have everything else....I enjoyed it soo very much there and can't wait to go back again sometime...this was during off season so it was practically empty there, and soo sooo nice...not crowded at all and very enjoyable this time of year.... I have better sense than to try and squeeze in at a place like that around or right on a holiday here...Okay well I am going to go ahead and post this now sense this is starting to act up on me again here...I'll get my pics posted on here tonight and add them above this one...so talk to you all soon then...have a fabulous week..........=)

hi hi again friends....I don't know what else to do right now so I thought I'd get on here again and post another something since I can't chat and it's driving me mad....just another 24 hours and I won't be tortured anymore like this.....hopefully I won't get interrupted this time and won't mess up or miss something as I"m trying to work on this....The dates on here are completely messed up....we are a day ahead over here, and it is putting it on here as the day before...of course I can't change it, but I just realized that, and it didn't make much sense since my first one from here was from Monday, and the one I did earlier today (Wednesday)...anyways....don't know much what else to say but just wanted to talk, and this seemed to be my only option for right now....(just 24 more hours!!!! had no idea i was this obsessed with being online where I"m not restricted, but I guess I am now that I had it taken away and can only do email and websites....it's enough to send anyone into a pout.....)
I went on a glass-bottom boat today, but it wasn't much to see except a bunch of broken up coral at the bottom, then live coral reefs and very small fish is all...nothing really impressive too much....still nice to just go and do it since I'd never been on one, or done that, but I've seen better...then just went snorkeling again since I can't leave the beach alone or stay out of the ocean and it pretty much stays the same temperature here about all the time, except at night maybe....it's been nice to just get away to the quiet and actually be able to hear the sounds of ocean waves instead of sirens...I guess I'm not ever going to hear the end of it with everyone else continuously teasing me and poking fun at me since I'm not into the nature thing like so many others are in the world...I'm still getting jokes thrown at me and laughed at since everyone else witnessed my despair and now has full bragging rights to making fun of me...oh well not anything I haven't heard before I guess.....well guess I"ll go now and go pack since we leave tomorrow which will be Thursday for us here not Wednesday as it will put it on this one.....hope everything is going well can't wait to get back and talk to u all...miss u all so much talk to u all soon then...it's night here now so hope u have a good day where u are bye for now.......=) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

hi all what's going on.... I'm still at the resort here and leave tomorrow....in a way I am glad because they blocked anykind of chat from this place, so the only forms of outside communication I have are posting on my webpage and email....of course you should know it's driving me insane...we're so far up that we can't even pick up the American radio station here, it's all Japanese radio stations and I have no idea what they're saying or what their music is about....(????) Iwquld be listening to the ipod as I'm typing this to block out all the other outside noise around me, but I would be doing just that.....listening to music and loose my concentration, and about half of this wouldn't make any sense then....

I thought I would be having some kind of a break from military life-style for awhile but guess not since this is still part of the base, and we have to once again go through a gate-guard everytime we come and go.....I think that part annoys me more than anything else...It's been fun though, I loved being this close to the beach and getting to go there anytime I wanted....I've been snorkeling, and went on a hiking trail to waterfalls here, and also jet-skiiing while I"ve been here....It was a total blast and no room for boredom as usual....I"m not one for camping stuff or hiking at all, and had no idea what I was in for when I went Hiji Falls as they named it here...It was nothing but climbing stairs, going over bridges, going up and down more stairs, up and down muddy trails, and after an hour of that, not only was I partially covered in mud, but also banged and scratched up, irritated, extremely hot and sweaty, and completely out of my water that I always drag around with me...I got to where I just didn't care then about seeing some waterfall and said I would just settle for the pictures everyone else took and found a covered pavillion and benches and decided to crash there...I had had enough of this nature stuff and cared nothing about becoming a part of it....So after everyone got back from that, I heard it wasn't that impressive, and wasn't that big either....I've seen better waterfalls myself but I"ll still post pics on here whenever I finally get them all on my other computer....Then it was the dreaded walk back of going over swinging bridges, up and down steps, across muddy trails, and over wet and slimy ramps because it had been raining...I seriously cared nothing about hiking or what it had to offer me, and of course couldn't wait to get the heck out of the woods and finally get back and get a shower....I got plenty of open-mouthed stares from others just starting out on this dreaded hike while I was going back...still not sure if it was from being appalled that not everyone in the universe can stand hiking, or surprised that someone like me actually went on it....sorry they didn't teach me outdoor survival skills and anything else that goes along with it in my acting and modeling classes back in the states.....I think the only thing I wasn't doing was bleeding excessively, wow I hadn't felt that irritated with nature itself for I don't know how long....I know it's a good laugh for everyone else, but it's the biggest annoyance on earth for me...I don't mind a short walk, but several hours, and you're still going, and haven't reached whatever it is you are going to see, then it just becomes boring and you get where you completely don't care....esp. if you keep getting rain dumped down on you on and off, or leftover raindrops from the huge overhanging leaves....I guess you can all see I'm not into this nature and hiking stuff at all and it only aggravates me half to death....anything else is perfectly fine...just don't take me on a 2 hour hike and expect me to have an award-winning personality afterwards....okay well after that I had to do something that I was actually good at and didn't get banged up over and spent the rest of the afternoon jet-skiing here before the enormous down-pour....It was so much fun, and there wasn't any waves this time, and I didn't get knocked off by one either and have 2 different ferry boats filled to the brims with people, and others along the shore either fishing or just enjoying the beach completely stop what they're doing and decide to stare at me whenever I'm not even famous.... I am feeling sooo soooo sore today from that hike yesterday all over...I don't mind that feeling from skiing, or any outdoor water recreations, but being reminded that it came from hiking just reminds me of how awful it was to get through that...It's much, much cooler up here since we are farther up north and everything, and it's been raining the past few days now...I"ve never been more happier to see rain, just not when I'm on some hiking trail out in the middle of nowhere where my cellphone refuses to work...it's sooooooo peaceful here, and I can actually see the stars again at night ...that's not possible back where we are in Okinawa City, because it's so highly populated and has continuous traffic and buildings jammed-packed one right after the other....I got plenty of great pictures of this place, it will just take awhile to get everything on here once I get back home and settled once again.....I will go ahead and end this since I think I've gone on enough about my certain irritations and anything else that follows, but this is my only source of communication right now until I get back to the city limits, so of course I"m going to talk....hope you all are having a fabulous week and everything is going well for you... hey everyone... I'm so sorry it's been awhile since my last posting....my family has been here visiting me here in Okinawa, and I've been having to go all over with them and show them all kinds of things here and explain the lifestyle and living here...I've been having a wonderful time, but it's just so tiring...I got to go to the Pineapple Park here again and the Aquarium here as well, the second largest in the world....There's still a few more places to go to and see before they have to go back to the states, but I of course love going around to seeing everything again...I'm not able to put any pictures up this time because we're at a resort here, about 3-4 hours away from where we live now...It's sooo sooo nice here...I was so excited to finally get away from that military base and people and just go somewhere where I didn't know anyone and they didn't know me and just enjoy the time here... I can finally be at a "normal" beach not one that is covered in sharp rock and they just call it a beach cause there's waves... It's just less than 10 steps from our room and we already set foot on the beach here...It's sooo gorgeous here and sooooooooooo much cooler I know I'm not going to want to leave cause it's still 80-90 degrees back down where we are...It's really nice and peaceful here now since it's off-season, so the place isn't littered with people over crowding everything and you can actually enjoy yourself...I will be sure and get plenty of pictures of here, along with all the others I have already taken and post them in the following weeks...I haven't forgotten about doing this, I've just been so busy trying to entertain everyone, keep them happy etc...all I've been wanting to do at the end of the day is go to sleep and I didn't even think of getting online at all...I will be back on as I normally was in about another week so I hope everything is going well for everyone out there and we get to talk soon....I may put up a few more postings while I"m here to let you all know how it's going here...=) miss u all!!!! hope u all are doing allright!!!!( sorry again for this late posting!!!!)
